1. Services Provided
Our lawn mowing services include regular grass cutting, trimming, and basic garden maintenance within the Docklands area. We strive to deliver high-quality service to ensure your lawn remains healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
1.1 Service Areas
We operate exclusively within the Docklands region. Services outside this area may incur additional charges or may not be available.
1.2 Service Scheduling
Clients can schedule services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We reserve the right to adjust schedules based on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of each visit unless a different arrangement has been made in advance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, and bank transfers.
2.1 Pricing
Pricing is based on the size of the lawn, frequency of service, and any additional services requested. A detailed quote will be provided before commencing work.
2.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees. Continuous delay in payments can result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the lawn area is accessible and free from obstacles that could impede service delivery. This includes securing pets and removing any fragile or valuable items from the area to prevent damage.
3.1 Property Access
Clients must provide access to their property during scheduled service times. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.
3.2 Preparation
Prior to service, clients should ensure that all garden tools, toys, and other objects are removed from the lawn to facilitate efficient mowing and prevent accidents.
4. Liability
Lawn Mowing Docklands takes every precaution to prevent damage to property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues not caused by our services.
4.1 Damage to Property
In the unlikely event of damage, clients must notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate compensation as per our insurance policies.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
5.1 Emergency Cancellations
In cases of extreme weather or emergencies, services may be canceled or rescheduled without incurring fees. We will notify clients as soon as possible in such events.
5.2 Rescheduling
Clients can request to reschedule services by contacting our support team. We will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Termination must be communicated via email or certified mail.
6.1 Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if clients breach any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
6.2 Refunds
Upon termination, clients are entitled to a refund for any unused services, minus any applicable fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

10.2 Assignment
Clients may not transfer their rights or obligations under these terms to another party without written consent from Lawn Mowing Docklands.
